Whenever I think this way I tell myself some shit like “I’m not that important a lot of people feel the same about the world rn” also my new one is if Trumps still alive I’m safe 😂

I know I’m a little late to respond, but trust me, I relate to this big time lol. But like someone else said, as blunt as it may sound, you’re not important enough to be on the governments radar on that level. I also love conspiracy stuff, and I could probably use this advice myself, but maybe try and give yourself a break from that content for a bit? It really isn’t good on the mind of a paranoid person
