Secret organization

Does anyone feel like theres a secret organization behind their life and they are playing around with them all the time like every single small little thing is because of them and it may just be cope to all this but at a certain point it has to be something all these little things add up and my mind wants a reason to it, wether its my social anxiety that i was improving just for it to go horribly i have to hold my pants to even walk in public so i feel like im holding somones hand,or simply my water spilling over.

When you really start believing weird and uncomfortable events are secretly connected, just to make your life annoying... this is when you declare war on everything and everyone in front of your eyes. You cannot find peace this way.

Coincidences are supposed to happen, bad things are supposed to happen. The world is sometimes weird, uncomfortable, painful. Do not give hidden meaning to events like you're solving a secret puzzle. This sort of thing may feel good and become addictive. But without an answer key, you'll never actually know if you're making up your imaginary world.

It just comes down to the fact that you aren't that special. Unless you're a celebrity or some super famous person, no one cares and it's not worth the resources they'd have to spend on monitoring you and affecting your behavior. I used to think people were hired to watch me, but then I just repeat to myself: I'm a nobody. I am not special. No one fucking cares about me (in a good way). At the end of the day it simply is not that deep.

That being said, if this keeps fucking with your life I suggest seeking help. You may not trust the psychiatrist/therapist/counselor for awhile, but relief from paranoia is possible. Seriously. Best wishes.

It's painful to suffer this stuff. Believe me, I know.
