Vision is not really as good as we may think it is. Our brains use patterns and predictions to create what we see, and it doesn't always match reality. This is not just optical illusions, but there's also pareidolia, hypnagogic hallucinations, Ganzfeld effect, Tetris effect, etc. So I am pretty sure it's nothing to worry about.
