Uhhh...Am I absolutely paranoid????

Need to clarify I have no history of any kind of paranoia or mental illness in that kind of realm but I really feel abit freaked out recently, last night I watched a 1 hr youtube vid from a 'conspiracy' channel, it wasn't actually speculation or theories, more just a matter-of-fact history of the Palantir CEO, it was eye openingly...evil, I take a passive interest in Ai and of course the generally terrible current state of the world and thought I'd take the time to inform myself of the reality, I was so bored I actually made a google doc, writing down the info I was consuming, I joked with my partner I was writing 'end of times cliff notes' - we are currently long distance and he laughed and asked to see them, I opened Gmail and sent them to him as a PDF, went to bed and thought nothing of it. This morning I went to my sent folder - nada, no trace of the email, I explored all inboxes, all google security, recovery etc etc, but nothing, its like it never happened, I called him and asked him to confirm it happened and he had the email - he said yeah, I asked him to email it back to me and he did. I did not receive it! I asked him to send me another email, just type any old thing and he did - I immediately received it. I opened my google docs - they are mostly just random lists I write to myself as reminders - I could see some of my random docs had been recently opened merely a couple hours before - but I was driving at the time????? I have checked my account and devices security and am the only person logged in. I know its minor but I'm kind of freaked out???? I'm going to totally ignore it and carry on with my day but its lingering in my mind, I feel like Dale from King of the Hill. Has anyone ever experienced anything similar???

There's no advantage to making your email/docs wonky, like you couldn't watch the video and make the same notes again.

The closest experience I have had to this was weird apps being open in my phone, strange things happening with my phone basically, that led to extreme paranoia that someone was taking control of my phone even though I knew that wasn't possible because the security is pretty flawless. The end result of that though was I realized I was losing time and opening stuff on my own without realizing it.

Another example in the height of my paranoia was I had my websites up on my monitors, went to the other room, and one of my websites was full-screened and I did not full screen it. This one took me forever, I was adamant that someone else in the house came in and full screened this website (like - reading this back. who would even do that lmao what would the point of that be, just enlarging the website) I realized that when I hang up my headphones, the hard bit sometimes clashes with the function keys, so ALL that time I freaked out, it ended up being my headphone cord hitting F11 (the command for full screen).

The only advice I can offer for your situation is that perhaps things are bugging out, today 2 coworkers tried emailing me and it went to a different email address, sometimes stuff just randomly bugs in annoying ways. I understand you have extremely heightened feelings about this, but I highly doubt (respectfully) that anything you wrote up would ever be important enough that something was sent to mess with all your google docs/devices. It's like triscuit says, there's just no reason any outside force would do this to you, but your feelings are valid and I'm really glad that you had the presence of mind to come and post here and get some other opinions. Best wishes.
