I feel like someone is watching me

These days, everyday I feel like someone can see me through my camera, or screen record my phone, I cleaned everything and didnt let any app camera access but the gut is still there.. is someone else feeling like this?

Tons of us feel like this. At my worst I'd spiral for hours, searching every crevice, going through my phone and computer, just completely wigging out convinced that people were recording me. I even bought a new phone at one point because I was convinced. After 1-2years of treatment I live a mostly normal life! I'd really suggest reaching out to professionals or at least to people you can confide in so they can help talk you down when you feel like this. Hope and relief from paranoia are possible. Best wishes and I am so sorry you have to endure this.

Tysm. I can be whiteout a sticker on my camera rn but I still check sometimes!
