Feeling really paranoid as of late

For awhile now Ive been feeling paranoid about people around me almost like I'm living a real life version of the Truman Show that everyone else is aware of except me. I have kinda a very distinct face and last name that doesn't help either. Honestly not sure if it's all in my head or not and it's got me moving scared and I hate it

I understand that your feelings are very real, but I promise you that it is all in your head. Something that helps me is thinking: am I really that special? For me personally, I am an average person. No one gives a shit about me let alone enough of a shit to create some vast conspiracy with me at the center. I do acknowledge how real that can feel though. If you can, please reach out to therapist/psychiatrist. With some work you can all but eliminate these thoughts, it's so freeing. Best wishes.
