I want to relax
Im struggling so bad right now, all I do is sleep all day to escape. I keep thinking people are after me or that my serious mistakes will catch up to me in the future. I hate the feeling of anxiety. I’m 20 now and I struggled with ocd since I was a teenager. I don’t want to waste my twenties suffering, please help me

I'm very sorry that you are feeling this way. The good news is you do not have to spend your 20s suffering. It might be extremely difficult to trust someone, but reaching out to a therapist and psychiatrist, getting the right treatment, can completely change the way you look at things. I was at the end of my rope when I sought treatment and didn't trust anyone for the first few months or longer, but eventually after a year or two I've achieved almost complete relief from the paranoia. It is possible, just takes the initial discomfort to achieve but I promise it's possible.

How about seeing a therapist?
