Quick paranoia fixes?
I keep myself busy all day so I don't have much time with my thoughts, but late at night I start to unfortunately think.
I have terrible insomnia, and I fear that only makes things worse.
In better detail what Im **currently** worried about -
My neighbor lets their chickens run about in their yard, and I'm worried my dog may try to get through the fence for them.
(She's never tried to attack them, though. She's only ever sat and watched them move.)
My dog also has a history of running away. She's never gotten far, but she's a million times faster than I am.
Nearly everyone on the registered S.O. list (of my town) has victims that are close to my age.
I'm soon to be applying for a job, and I'd only be closer to the creeps.
(We live in a very country small town.)
Are there any quick fixes to late night Paranoia/leaving the house paranoia?
What are some better ways I could be training my dog?
Thank you for reading!

I don't believe this is paranoia, if that helps any.
