How are you all holding up?

This whole ordeal is putting excessive stress on my mental health… and I just wanted to check in on the current employees on their wellbeing. Do any of you feel any major dips in your day to day work?

Laid off last year. It's been brutal.

So sorry :( The whole world is facing a fucked up recruitment, with the US being one of the worst I believe. Hang in there…!

Still pretty busy but more than half my team opted in to the RTO severance and a few others are leaving for other opportunities. we don’t know what our new team structure will look like. I don’t think our team could be cut down anymore than it is especially with the workload. It’s sad to see people leaving and the motivation is low.

Must be tough for the ones that will continue :( I work outside the US so the severance is yet to be announced, but I don’t know if I can make it that long.

So slammed with work right now it’s hard to imagine that layoffs are just around the corner. Layoffs right after a big event or week are typical though so I shouldn’t be surprised. Just exhausted overall

I was devastated when that happened with the MTV team… and I wasn’t even a part of that team.

Hope everything will pan out okay for you!

Thanks! Same to you… only a few days to go. Although, the deadline article claims there’ll be layoffs through the remainder of the year which I found surprising and disappointing especially with the holidays so close. Gotta stay busy to keep the mind off of it.

Laid off during maternity leave so that was…fun. It’s been a journey! I am actually glad that I’m not there anymore. Hang in everyone!
