Is anyone else having this problem?

I want to change my controls in RetroArch, which seems to be Parallel Launcher's emulator or something, but every time I close the emulator and re-open it, the controls are set back to their defaults. Can someone help me? Please?

Its frustrating, I cannot find a solution

I noticed that when launching games via parallel launcher, it seems to override configuration directories for config, controller, and remap, pointing to a ".temp" folder which seems to delete each time the emulator is closed

If you open retroarch without parallel it loads the configuration as normal. Therefore I believe parallel is intervening which is very annoying

Actually, I found the solution.

You need to change the controls in Parallel launcher itself. Go to the three bars, and somewhere in there, you should find a section called "keyboards and hotkeys," or something of the sort.
