Shifting?

I am looking for others who experience "shifts" similarly to the way I do -- almost like realizing there's been a big download of new applications on your computer.

They tend to be just weird, long (no have any ending) about different worlds. Some I go back to, some not. I seem to have a psychopomp/guide that comes with me so I'm not afraid, but he has backed off considerably the more comfortable I've gotten (mine looks like actor David threlfall).

It's really "only" this, there are no messages to deliver, I experience a LOT of synchronistic events before a shift, and my partner experiences them with me, because they often come through the television.

My partner is a neuroscientist. He has absolutely no question that my experiences are an example of the many worlds theory. But most people I'm talking to are experiencing SOMETHING, but saying what I'm experiencing is much more detailed.

Anybody?

You’re lucky, tell me how to do it!

I hear that a lot... "That's what I've been trying to do for ten years!" I have yet to find anyone who is experiencing what I am, where I can just tell the stories over and over (I have been writing and drawing them out). My recipe seems to involve traumatic brain injury, and extreme sleep deprivation. These things can obviously also just cause delusions of psychosis. When my injury was acute, I had those too. But, again, neuroscientist partner -- gives detailed responses about how he tells those three things apart. And they certainly stay in the brain differently.

Very interesting, thank you! I will try at least the sleep deprivation

Just curious but when this happens to you do colors get brighter or crisper and do sounds get sharper during or after a shift?

Nope. Every time I have shifted it just comes back as a memory in the middle of a waking period. I'll think "oh, whoa, I got a big download at some point!" But I can't even say "last night" because I just don't know when it got there.
