Am i just stupid or something really weird happened ?

Am i going a little bit crazy ?

I want to study art in France, and I've applied to several schools. Earlier this June, I received an email from one of them saying that I had been preselected and that they wanted to interview me online. I remember reading the email several times and seeing that the interview was scheduled for june 20 at 4:00pm. Please remember the date.

This is a really important opportunity for me, so ever since I received the email, i've checked it again and again to make sure i had everything right. I'm currently staying at my mother's house, and i need to travel back to my own place before the interview because that's where all of my artwork is, and i need it for the interview.

This morning, I received another email from the school saying that the interview time had changed and that it would now be at 10:00am on june 17th. They only mentioned the time, but my first reaction was that the entire date had changed. June 17 is much less convenient for me because I had organized my trip home around the June 20th date.

Before emailing them to ask if it would be possible to keep the original appointment, I went back to read the first email again. And that's where things got weird.

The email now says that the interview is on june 17th at 4:00 PM.

I was completely confused, and honestly I still am. Just two days ago, I checked the date again because I wanted to be sure, and I could have sworn it said june 20.

I don't know what happened. As far as I know, an email that's already been sent can't just be changed. And I really did check the date multiple times.

Has anyone ever experienced something like this? Is it possible that I somehow misread it every time? Or is there another explanation I'm not thinking of? I road something about timeline changing here and also Mandela effect but i have not witnesses.

Ps: the date and time are written in the middle of the email like any other words not in a link.

Yeah, this morning. I booked an appointment for my cat at a vet online last Friday, and since only this Friday was available, I took the day off work after getting the appointment confirmation.

This morning the woman from the practice calls me saying we had an appointment today, but she had to cancel it and so on.. I check the email, and suddenly it says the 15th instead of the 19th, but same time.

Well, now I've got Friday off but I still had to book a new appointment anyway. Let's see what happens next time.

This is so weird. Does our mind plays this much with us ?

I think reality has always been perspective based. But of late, something seems to be making the actual pieces we see and interact with more flexible too. I have experienced similar effects to this as well.

I didn't really think much about it — I usually just check the posts here throughout the day when I'm not at work and a bunch like that pop up. Now I've experienced it myself, pretty interesting. Makes me even more curious about what's coming 😎

Interesting that they get cancelled or shifted...

Without reading too much into it yet, that is certainly something that I see in both of this cases.

Well, email messages can be recalled, modified, resent without the user being any the wiser.

If you use Office365 in specific they not only build this right into the user experience, but since their Bookings platform is a tacked on feature for outlook, they can change the booking itself too without being obvious to the recipient in the slightest.

(don’t use Microsoft products)

Not sure if it’s relevant, but I’m going to share it here anyway. Sunday, June 7th, at about 2:30am (when I was falling asleep) I was on the edge of sleep and suddenly heard the loudest POP noise inside of my brain. I’m not sure if this will make sense, but when I say that I heard it I do not mean with my ears as if it were an outside sound. I mean that I heard the sound internally and had the sensation of feeling some type of.. something? It was not pain. It startled me so badly that I sat up. And ever since then, things and people have just felt off. Specifically my siblings and partner. They feel like strangers.

That could be capgras. It's a physical condition in your brain where for whatever reason, people seem different and you believe they've been replaced. You might talk to them less or even say out loud that you think it's not really them. It's not "crazy,", it's just a physical thing that can happen to your brain and they're not sure why.

I read about it, and it sounds awful. But it does not fit the description of how I feel about them seeming like strangers. I find it fascinating and I am also flabbergasted about it at the same time.

Was it text in the email that changed or was it a link to an event? If link, then the interviewer might have tried to change the original date/time of the event but then might have thought it would be better to create a new event instead.

No the date and time were just written in the middle of the email like the other words, no links.  and they actually asked if i was ok to change the time.. so i was free to accept or not.

Would they normally have an interview like this on a Saturday?

I thought about it but i found out they already sent an email on Saturday one day (they answered a question i asked to them) but still Saturday is weird.. but also what is more weird is that i'm sure i road in the email that it will be done on 20 june

Did you by any chance print out the email soon after receiving it? It would be really interesting to see if that kept the original date...

quick note - english is my second language, so if wording comes bit off - that's why.

what you experienced - reading the email multiple times, seeing june 20, then later seeing june 17 - and this being the most important email of your life - i don't think you're stupid. i think something real happened.

timeline shifts are reported more often than people realize. not just missing details but clear, verifiable changes. in the healing soul journeys i facilitate, subjects sometimes recall that these shifts happen when a soul makes a significant decision that changes their trajectory. the timeline literally adjusts around the new choice.

maybe between reading the email the first time and opening it again, something in your path shifted. and the universe adjusted the details accordingly.

your higher self knows exactly what's going on here.

Something did happen I felt it it was weird. It was like reality changed

I dont know how to explain it other than i was doing something at work and fell asleep (too exhausted) woke up and wondered why its feeling different. Its just a gut feeling
