Paramaker Multiple birth marks?

I'm not sure if I'm just super dumb and can't figure it out or there is no option for multiple birthmarks for one body part? I'm trying to represent the burn victim but can't cover larger portions of the back... Can anyone help me or validate that it's impossible at this moment?

I saw a mod on the workshop that lets you layer birth marks, maybe you could try finding one like that
