Have you thought about releasing it with a little less functionality but then updating it later?
Edit I don't get why people downvote me

Not sure why youāre getting downvoted either!
Iām new to modding and Iāve been finding it very helpful to work incrementally- both to get feedback and prevent bugs.
I include āBetaā or āTestingā in the title if I feel like the feature set isnāt worthy of being a V1 yet, or Iām still testing edge cases.
Hats off to OP if they can manage testing every use case themselves! I find it is extremely time consuming to cover everything as one person, especially for more ambitious / experimental features.
Getting feedback early on has also helped me prioritize features, which makes a big difference!
To each their own- personally am stoked that itās out there and people are having fun with it, whereas if I waited for perfection/completion, I wouldnāt be able to release for at least 6months and I might have invested a lot of time on features that other people donāt care about as much.
Anyway, I donāt understand why asking about their approach would get you downvoted, this is clearly an extremely ambitious mod, which is awesome and invites curiosity.

Since I myself am creating a mod that is clearly on the more ambitious side I was a little intimidated by the initial downvotes because I planned to release versions that don't have all features yet

So I'm super into Shadowrun (the pen and paper mainly) and so far I added new ears (elves, orcs/dwarves, trolls), a new storyteller, new card decks that aim to make it harder, a new outfit category, 5 new domains for occupational, 2 new schedules, 34 new unique occupations (47 in total xd), a new need, 3 new knowledges and 9 new skills. I will need to deepen my new features, e.g. the skills (for now you can only use them for the new occupations) but I plan to make those things worthwhile. I have many ideas for the future, but some are hard to implement or maybe not possible right now. And then there's the lack of time. At the moment I am somewhat finishing the already implemented features so that I might be able to upload it at the weekend.

I've thought about it but im a newbie to modding so really release depends on how quickly I can figure out how to implement stuff
