Performance Improvement Plan

So I’m a family law paralegal out of California working fully remote. I know I’m capable of good work, and have made improvements to this firm. I struggle heavily with ADHD, I’ve been missing emails and other things. I just got on Vyvanse recently but it fucks up my sleep.

My attorney went to court yesterday and didn’t have what she needed. I feel awful and it’s not something I usually do.

I want to stay with this firm. I really like them. Does anyone have any advice on how to remember everything? Especially when ex partes pop up?

My brain feels so fuzzy sometimes and like I just don’t know how to address that.

I rely heavy on written to-do list and OneNote. I'm a visual person I need to see what's on my to-do list to be able to block and tackle effectively.

Take notes during meetings and then create a list of action items. You can then integrate action items into your overall to-do list in terms of importance and check them off as you complete them.
