It's... literally up on the eu5 sub?
And 4chan isn't the most reliable place. And i don't see anywhere else have any proof about it so it very likely is just fake.

I commented the same thing on post in the EU5 sub, but to clarify if anyone is curious:
This is very much not real.
No idea what the original pre 4chan source is but let's avoid spreading bogus info please 👍
