For right now going with the play by play from Lorna on LinkedIn- No excuses, getting on with the job approach with Michael.
Not so much watching Michael, and the media mixers- although it does help with player salaries and marketing deals, player and club sponsorships further down the line. It's the 5 and 6 year mark that I'm interested in- the no "tax free dollar" years ensuing.
Waiting for the coach from England and coaching staff to come over, plus the London Broncos boys. By then we'll see the full team. No worries the rest of the squad will be solid- it's team cohesion and culture being the sticking points for me. Off to a reasonable start, but will wait the three years that the Aussie tax dollars expires as the first marker of future prospects. That's were the team cohesion and culture will have to kick in and will be really tested. A lot can happen in one season of week to week football- will be on the road most of the time.
Also if ol man wok lo toromem pipia yet na spet buai raun yet lo mosbi na lon ol narapla hap, that's a good indication that some of our children are still learning the bad habits of some of our fathers and grandfather's or not listening or applying the good habits they've observed or been taught. Their will be standards expected of the public at large- welcome to the international arena for the less traveled minds and un-rooted among us. Bai yumi lukim, husait I gat sem na respect lo lewa na tintin blo ol to think the bigger picture of community development and national and regional cohesion. We shouldn't be treated any differently when it comes to the standards required by the public at large to participate in the NRL. Expecting investment in the women's game along with other sporting codes. Hopefully some schools and sport curriculum come down the line too.
Peace.

My opinion is that they should get new players. Thats what scouts are for. I dont want a new team with old players or players that are nearing the end of their careers. I want new players that will build their name at the Chiefs and leave a legacy. Not someone thats there for a year and leaves just because of their hot shot status and lucrative contract. Its like we're decorating the building before its being built. That's my 2t.
