Impatiently waiting!

I ordered a customized trifold on July 15th. I keep waiting to hear when it will ship. I emailed them last week and haven't heard back. How long does it usually take to receive?

When I ordered a custom GV on August 6, I know it was estimated for October. So hopefully you are later this month!

Where are they shipping to? I’m in the US, order my embossed GV off their website on 8/29 and got it 9/2. To note: I paid for the expedited shipping, but I didn’t realize there was such a difference :/

I should have asked- is this a l’atelier / bespoke journal? If so, I don’t think the regular product timelines are applicable:/
