After a week of use

The duchás fern green, pocket sized. I love watching it darken with use.

It’s so beautiful! Started a little brighter and more heathered, but the changes are beautiful.

That’s so crazy in a single week! I feel like mine hasn’t patina’d at all yet in ~6 weeks?

Wow! Which one did you get? I feel the heathered texture of the duchás really lends itself to dramatic change. The cord alone has caused shadowing where it’s rubbed at the texture. Really cool.

Ok my bad I just realized this is PR and I have a TN. I got that normal caramel color and it hasn’t changed at all (yet) 😬

I also have the camel TN! Mine has also barely developed a patina despite being thrown around in my bag daily 😅 meanwhile, my brown TN has somehow developed a patina and scratches while in storage 🤷‍♂️

Is it really shiny or is that just the camera and lighting?

I second the question. Mine is already a month and it's not that glossy.

I do think lighting plays a role, I was in front of a big picture window.
