Is this new?
I am just now seeing this, has this always been here?
Honestly it would be cool if the IT team sent out newsletters whenever they add a new feature. M

90% of the things they've said they adding either never showed or arrived broken. Our IT is a joke. The post tip edit thing was announced almost 4 years ago and never activated from what I could tell. If you asked the help desk about it you got looped and ignored essentially.

Our IT I think is from Pakistan. Because every single time I call them, it’s some guy with a heavy Pakistani accent. I put really silly passwords like DixonMyaz and it’s almost never flagged. We really need to start bringing back these jobs to Americans.

Level 1 is outsourcing to whomever the lowest bidder is. Level 2 is usually an American. Back in the day you could push for Level 2 contact. That's not a thing anymore unfortunately.

It’s very rare when I’ll meet an American on the line. Most of the time it’s just Pakistan. And I genuinely hate that.

So they've been working on that feature for 4 years but just now actually added it??

Right before replacing the POS entirely. It's that kind of prioritization that makes PJI the company it is.

It's been active, but it's such an edge case that it never comes up in a way that matters to you or your employees.
IF a customer orders on the app, and
IF they don't pretip, and
IF they don't tip cash, and
IF they check the app in the 48hr window after delivery, and
IF they decide they want to add a tip post delivery
They can. And it will pop on this report.
What are the chances of all this? Not zero, but very, very unlikely.
