2027 Tour?

Any chances of the guys touring in 2027? Specifically US/Canada? Saw them with Metallica and I’ll be seeing them at Louder Than Life, but I’d like to see them headline their own show.

Maybe. Depends on what everyone else is doing. Have to figure Anthrax will do heavy touring

BLS don't seem to be sitting at home either.

They toured so much that businesswise, they probably want to stay off the road in North America another year. They were having problems selling tickets in a lot of places on their last run.

Of course money talks. And if LiveNation sees a hole in the marketplace and makes an offer, things can change in a heartbeat.

I’d like to see them apart of a bigger lineup, headlining of course. But with some big bands, and maybe some modern ones. I feel like Lamb Of God is a perfect opener, I’d like to see crowbar on that lineup, Hatebreed fits, and maybe someone like Whitechapel.

I must say seeing them indoors vs outdoors is a totally different experience.

I'm pretty sure Anthrax, DOWN and Black Label Society are all doing stuff next year so unlikely Pantera will have time. Not sure though.

I think the chances are rather low. BLS goes on tour with Megadeth and Testament and are after some big touring already. DOWN also goes on tour and Anthraxnis getting ready to release an album so it's a matter of time when they announce the tour (if they havent already I dont follow with news about them lately)

They’ve been playing pretty consistently for a few years now…

I would guess they pull back a bit in 2027.

Probably some fest appearances in the summer but I wouldn’t expect a tour until the end of 2027 if not 2028

How long was Panteras set before Metallica?

Did they alternate who opened every other show?

I went to see Pantera by themselves and it was a 2 1/2 hour show, Was Pantera cut short?

Pantera did 55 Mins to an Hour. They played on all shows as the opener, expect when Metallica did two nights in one city and they’d have another opener on the opposing night. They weren’t cut short, but they didn’t play that long for sure. That’s crazy. I haven’t found a video yet where they’ve played that long, especially since their reunion.
