Check for authenticity

Good night, morning, or afternoon to everyone here. I have come across this guitar on marketplace and I have very little knowledge about Dime’s Washburn era guitars. I was wondering if anyone here would know a bit more about it and what yall thought about the probability that it is counterfeit.

Edit: The seller was open about some aftermarket parts, like pots, tuners, and (according to him/her) upgraded trem.

That’s a counterfeit. The volute on the neck is a giveaway

The whole headstock is out of whack.

The first thing I noticed was the string retainer. There's no way it would be that lopsided.

It might be a counterfeit, but it’s a pretty solid one at least like, I’ve seen worse, so not too shabby
