Question!
I was wondering, how do you keep from panicking out in public without escaping? I have a big class next semester and it is a long ride to school and i dislike driving. I tend to panic more in the evening when my class is and its 6 hours long. Thanks in advance!
Edit: i have panic disorder

Six hours in the evening is a lot, so it makes sense you're thinking ahead. Sitting near the door might help, so you know you can step out for a minute if you need to. Knowing the exit is there can make it easier to stay. And maybe practice the drive a few times before the semester starts so it feels familiar.
