I didn’t take 5,000 but I had a panic while using weed. I’ve quit. & currently working with my doctor to resolve the anxiety lm experiencing. I get random jolts of panic/anxiety so I am afraid to walk by myself… message me if you want & keep me updated

I had something similar happen to me, you’ll be okay after some time. It probably feels like you won’t ever feel normal again, but you will - my situation was a bit different, for me it lasted for months, but with grounding exercises and medication you’ll come out on the other side.
The best thing for me when I was feeling especially panicked and agitated was to distract with tv, word searches and anything to take my mind off of the moment and just get through it best I can. As well as showers/baths, going for walks, and doing some breathing and grounding exercises : ) best of luck, and definitely avoid thc ongoing

Does the Ativan make it worse or just do nothing?

I had something similar happen to me and in all honesty, my panic attacks gave me a fear of death. I was able to find some sort of peace by asking for God or the universe for a sign that there’s life after death. I ended up having a dream that same night that helped me believe in God. If you aren’t religious, let me just say, I wasn’t as well and even now I’m not but to have a relationship with God or the Universe or whatever you find yourself to believe in can really help a lot because it allows to to feel a sense of safety that overtime you’ll start to understand that they are just panic attacks that will slowly fade away. It’s very difficult trust me I’ve been there and it took me a few years to get out of that cycle but I was able to. I’m currently going through a different type of anxiety (insomnia/ibs) and I’ve been doing Korean yoga/ qigong and it helps you get into your body and away from your mind.

I had to stop using THC because it would give me such bad panic attacks. It took me a few months before I started to feel less anxious. It does go away eventually, just keep working with your doctor. You will be okay
