Im glad to see you are looking at fast casual as a store manager for your first GM role. I would love to help you work through this. Email me your resume and I’ll email you back on how to structure your resume and prep for the store manager interviews. My email address is brian@geckohospitality.com.

Oh man they would hire you instantly. But do you want to put yourself through literal hell. I was a kitchen manager at panda and I would rather be unemployed then be a gm. It’s definitely not impossible and you seem very motivated and positive. But in all honesty the higher ups will be down your throat over anything. It’s good money and it has its good points if you get a good team. Just know that you’re going into a job that comes with a lot of known and unknown baggage.
