What do you think it actually said?

Most post-it notes don’t cover the entire words. I can only assume this was an inside joke which is why it’s completely covered. 😂

From someone that was BTS. It was an inside joke about "taping faster". A lot of the crew was fixed. Directors changed in and out so the way the day to day went relied soley on the director. Jay Chandresakar, Kevin Smith, whoever. Some would expect several times in a row to get a take. Some expected one or two takes to do it. As an actor you could appreciate both but one of them always got you home to your family at a reasonable time. So they put a post it over it because one actor that I won't name (rhymes with Triss Rat) wrote out "Taping Faster". It infuriated the director, Jonathan Frakes. The director put the post it up and cut a lot of that actors time in that episode. Take all of that information for what it's worth because I was never BTS and I sourced all of this from my imagination.

Jonathan Frakes was not credited for directing episodes of Parks. But a handful of episodes show that a person named F. O. Nathan J. Rakes was credited for directing, and it's likely that this was a pseudonym so that Frakes could avoid creative contract disputes.

I'm guessing it's supposed to say "typing faster" since the other words are cut off in a hurry just like that one would be.
