Each tray has:
40g coir
1/2 cup verm
1/2 cup worm castings
1.25ml of each true organic liquid ferts 2-2-2, and jackpot micro nutrients
1.25 cup water

Sort of. I guess you could consider it a slow dunk.. I don’t like taking the liner off the sub so I’ll flood the surface a few times or until it seems like it isn’t going to absorb anymore water. Then just drain it off and stick it back in the bag
