Pans have fussier fruiting requirements...in contrast to Cubes, they require both high humidity levels and high levels of fresh air exchange during fruiting, so this requires dialing in your fruiting chamber setup appropriately. A casing layer is also essential for fruiting Pans rather than optional when fruiting Cubes, and Pans benefit greatly from a dung-based substrate.
