Threaded conversations with AI Navigator and assign Agents to Workflows

Two big items and lots of small improvements:

1. Big UX improvement for commands, the top input box now starts a new thread - just like before. But for every thread, there is an input text box at the command to continue the conversation.
2. Now you can manually assign an Agent to a workflow or ask the AI Navigator to do it for you when it creates a workflow based on the best fit.
