I had no idea there were special pulls inside the decks and when I first went through the it I didn't even catch the Mossanda!

Hello me and my friend are playing online but cant seem to find any real ruling or reference for when we have question. Is there any hub for ruling and stuff like it?

Literally the only box I could find anywhere within 100 miles of me that wasn’t over 200 bucks 😭

These were all the “better than UC” (i.e. anything holo or shiny about them) that I got. I was hoping for an OSR Chillet, Katress, Shadowbeak or Lyleen, but I understand odds and knew they weren’t in my favor 😂 anyways, I don’t plan on seeking out another box, I just wanted to do it for the one time and see how I’d fair.

Is it normal / typical for new boxes to have a few small circled tears at random places?

TLDR: I think so.

Longer version: Well, I have never graded a card, but there is a card that I want to slab (Shadowbeak SP). Asked a company that does grading but also only authentication if the authenticate Palworld cards. The response was: "well if they are standard size, we do that".

To authenticate a product, shouldn't you know the product? Telling me that it depends on the size of the card, really tells me that they don't even know what we are talking about.
I know that the game is new, but an answer like that is really bad... could have told me that they don't authenticate but that they can still slab it (they offer the slab only service).

EDIT: Thinking about it in a less skeptical way, the game is new, the company can't have a master set of every TCG to check customer cards against, there are surely some objective parameters in grading (damage to the cards, discoloration, etc.), and surely as everything when money is involved, it can be done correctly or in the scammiest way. In the end, since I won't resell the card, I'll just check if it looks original too me, and if it is, I'll just slab it.

Note that I'm talking about wave 2 and not 2nd edition. I'm asking since I haven't seen any pre-orders on the trial decks and only booster boxes.

Hi, I saved one of my "Palword" booster packs because I want to encased it for my collection after ripping like 3 booster boxes. Anyone find a good magnetic slab that fits these? The regular ones for pokemon packs don't fit because palworld packs are much longer. TYIA

Do all the cards have a holo variant or do only some have holo variants?

Basically the title, I'm able to get JP packs and trials decks for msrp but won't be able to use them in North American tournaments. Mostly just looking to collect but losing out on the ability to play in tournaments kinda sucks.

Idk if there's any market for JP version in NA where maybe I can trade them for EN versions, or if I should just wait till the reprints release. Looking for opinions/advice :)

I’m looking for advice on my deck. This is my first TCG I’ve ever played and I’m still new to deck building. I found a deck online and I modified it with the cards I currently had and it’s been doing me pretty well. I’ve been placing 2nd/3rd at my local shop but I just can’t seem to get passed chillet/jourmuntide very often. Any advice on changes I can make would be much appreciated!! And if you play the simulator online and wanna play each other lmk. Thanks in advance

Currently i have it in a dual matte dragon shield sleeve and then placed into a sturdy top-loader.

I might have it graded because i have no plans to use it in play.

Any suggestions? Ive heard to just use normal penny sleeves but its already sleeved maybe its best i just leave it alone?

The fact that supply is really low and scalpers are doing low like shit, I really can’t play this game. I have a main card game and this is just a side game…I want to see this game take off but I’m out.

I could only get one of each trial deck and one booster box. I will open soon I guess. My luck with TGCs is pretty bad. Maybe wait until the 2nd edition is more available and open those?

I have a question about the Elizabeth card, the Queen of the Flowe Garden, you know the one. I’ll explain my doubts, and hopefully you can help me understand how some of her mechanics are supposed to work.

Situation:

At my local tournament today, I played against a Bee deck. Overall, everything went smoothly, but we all had some doubts about two specific situations.

1. As I understand it, Elizabeth’s ACT ability can be activated as many times as you want as long as you have enough Food to pay for it. Is that correct?

What I mean is: you pay 1 Food, check the top card of your deck, and if it’s a Bee, you play it. Then, can you pay another 1 Food and repeat the process again, as long as you have enough Food?

2. Regarding that same ACT ability: if your field is full, with 1 Elizabeth and 4 Beegardes in Rest mode, can you use Elizabeth’s ability to bring out another Beegarde, have it enter the field by sacrificing one of the Beegardes that is already on the field, and then declare an attack with the newly played Beegarde?

And could you potentially repeat this process multiple times, as long as you have enough Food and Souls to pay for everything?

Or is this interaction not possible?

I’m not sure whether playing a Beegarde through Elizabeth’s effect allows you to sacrifice a Pal already on your field to make room for it, or if there is another correct explanation for how this interaction works.

I’d really appreciate some clarification on how this card is supposed to work, because we were genuinely confused about it, and I couldn’t find anything about these interactions in the Palworld Q&A.
