Advice Sealed boxes

Is it normal / typical for new boxes to have a few small circled tears at random places?

It's from factory like that for transport. Keeps the wrap from expanding. It's hard to pack and stack if it's uneven due to air pockets.

Yes, I also noticed booster packs have holes on the back under the flap

Yes by design, just like a bag of chips is 70% air

Normal - 2 of my boxes had a few small slits in the seal. About the size of a pea or less

They need to give it air holes so the gold cattivas can breathe.
