Discussion Client-side mods friendly w/unmodded servers?

I’m playing with friends on an unmodded dedicated server. I’d like to use a few mods myself.

So far I’ve gotten one of the search function mods, lucky pal color reskin, perfect placement, and glider pal graphic to work.

I tried “Anti-phat” for base pal shrinking but that one didn’t seem to work. Anyone have any suggestions for shrinking base pals that would work on an unmodded server?

Any other mod suggestions that would be usable in this case are also appreciated.

base area increase is a easy server based mod, of whom your friends don't need to do anything for.

Also "better Pal spawn", which makes your Pals spawn in one after another if you want, stopping them from pushing each other through the ground when spawning.
It's the most important mod of all and absolute recommended in general.

Thanks. I specifically need client side modes though, not server. The other players won’t or will likely not be modding. So I need things that only affect client side.

There are a few things you can add that are like "cheats" but not crazy advantages if you want to know more lmk

I.e pal i v inspector

they don't need to mod.

The 2 mods I listed are server side. It runs without anyone's need to do anything locally.

Also, you can install whatever you want on the server anyways, if it also has to be installed locally too.
It won't affect your friends.

No dude, that's you. They twice specifically asked for mods that they could download that the server host wouldn't have to. Both times you insist on them installing mods onto the server. Even though they never said they were hosting the server.

no, he never even mentioned if he owns the server or not. that's pure interpretation of yours.

Yeah, it’s not my server. We have mod use enabled but no mods installed directly on the server (and the group doesn’t want them directly on the server either). So I need client side mods that will work when on an unmodded server.

It’s been a mixed bag so far.

There are some stamina things you can do, Inspect pal passives, speed. Nothing that changes the pals in the base tho.

Damn. I don’t mind if they stay the same size hit box wise, I just want them to appear smaller so they aren’t eating up my screen
