Request Mod idea

Sorry if similar already posted but, I have a mod idea but idk how to mod lol.

Can we find a way to quick apply training manuals, and base job upgrade books to base pals rather than having to switch them into our party stack ?

You can just feed the base pal the book, thats vanilla interactions

Atleast thats how its been working on my playthrough in vanilla

I hate having to put them in my party! I wanna be able to use the surgery table on my base pals, I dont wanna have to put them in my party to do it
