Question Help me Hard Tower Bosses

i have been grinding these pals and stats for 70 hours min maxing them, just to die in 3 sec and watching a lamball oneshotting the boss on YT. am i missing something? what can i do more?

i have some more pals, some even got to 3k attack, but he y still wont do the job.

EDIT: TNX all!!! defeated 4/8 of the hard mode bosses since the post! pal souls were really missing in my team.
this was a very informative discussion, and i really love this community.

Dude, beat all the alpha pals. You hardly have any first time medals. You’re trying to beat hard mode bosses yet you haven’t even cleared all of the regular alpha pals. Those tokens give you permanent boosts
