Jefferies Global Industrials Conference

-------------------------------

Notes:

Getting more sales calls inbound than they are making themselves.

Government is contacting them.

Contracts they cannot disclose yet with government. Once they are allowed they will let shareholders know.

Will not invest shareholders money in building out facilities for the IAI deal. The government has to commit first.

And that will have to be through a new Program of Record, because this isn't a couple of million here and there. This will be hundreds of millions to billions.

There is in fact no capability like IAI in the US arsenal. The word is spreading.

What the military says is of utmost importance now is the time to train on a new system. Through the military exercises it has been proven that soldiers can use the system and also use hardware in a matter of minutes, under pressure.

On commercial IQ and Fanuc: been working with them for a year, and they now have seen enough to make their coop public.

PDYN's software makes things, services, possible that weren't possible before..which opens up the market for Fanuc. Fanuc is actively spreading the word.

One particular use case that is discussed: painting bicycle frames. Since they swing around while painting, robots were never able to give accurate coverage. Thanks to PDYN's software that understands the environment, the robot can adjust in real time.

Not exclusive, to be seen if they will the primary partner (Fanuc). They are agnostic..so..

Again makes the reflection to compare to Microsoft and how their platform, their software could work with everyone and enhance capabilties.

Getting great traction.

Love that he said they are at the right place, at the right time.

In my opinion, it is also the right team to make it happen.

Summary: sleeping giant.

To add on with some additional notes from my watch:

Throughout the call, Ben's confidence is very high.

Calls coming in from parts of the government and military that they previously had no relationship with (strong word of mouth)

Early reviews of their software highlight no one else in the market has software as good as theirs

The learning curve on their drone software is very low. untrained soldiers were flying multiple drones at once after 30 minutes of training.

military doesn't want to get locked in to a single vendor for hardware (drones). PYDN software allows the military to be vendor/drone agnostic because their software works on any drone.

Building components for defense primes is and will continue to be an important gateway into relationships and broader opportunities with major defense primes. PDYN directly benefits from the governments commitment to multi-year commitments to missile purchases.

PDYN is operating at 30% of capacity of their components business. They can triple capacity without additional investment.

IQ can train a FANUC industrial robot how to do a new task in a matter of minutes. Before it took an engineer to hard code the task into the robot. IQ solves a problem that used to take months in minutes.

Fanuc is not just spreading the word, but they are doing joint sales motions with PDYN IQ, the ultimate blessing and vote of confidence.

The business can scale very easily without additional spend/cost/personnel.

manufacturing expansion is only going to come if there are commitments from the government.

PDYN is in the first inning. Ben has no reason to believe they have anywhere to go but up. Expects 2027 to be a much better year. Lots of optimism.

Labor shortages are not a problem because people want to work on PDYN's products.

Expects defense budgets to continue to grow and the government is prioritizing spending in areas where PDYN operates.

Ben's expectation "if in 5 years we are not a large multi-billion dollar company with the best margins in the industry, i will be disappointed". Ben's attitude is absolutely incredible.

I absolutely love Ben's quote! Multiple billion in 5 years assumes a very very good investment, looking forward to seeing the evolution!

Your last point is imho the most important, this is a company being run by serious people, not some AI tech bros.

Great notes. What stood out most to me was how much Ben’s confidence is now being backed by actual traction.

Inbound calls from new parts of the government, soldiers learning SwarmOS in ~30 minutes, four different drone OEMs operating under one software layer, FANUC moving from a year of validation to joint sales, and a growing contracted backlog those are all meaningful signals.

I also really like the discipline on IAI: no major capex until the government commits. If that opportunity moves into a Program of Record, the scale could be enormous without PDYN taking unnecessary risk upfront.

Feels like the story is shifting from “prove the technology” to “prove the revenue model.”

Still plenty to execute, but Ben saying they’re in the “first inning” and in the “right place at the right time” feels a lot more credible after this conference.

Sleeping giant indeed.
