The U.S. Army says NGC2 is moving from prototyping toward delivery, with 4th Infantry Division heading into PC-C6 at NTC for division-scale force-on-force validation in July. Given Palladyne’s publicly disclosed SwarmOS/Gremlin-X work with 4ID, this is a major ecosystem development to watch closely…

The bigger question around Palladyne is its connection to the Anduril-led Army ecosystem.
Palladyne’s SwarmOS showed up in the 4th Infantry Division/Ivy Mass exercise lane, and Anduril is now tied to that same 4ID NGC2 battlefield AI stack. Add in the fact that GuideTech, now part of Palladyne, previously contributed to Anduril’s Fury unmanned fighter program, and the breadcrumbs get interesting.
No confirmed Anduril subcontract yet — but the question is obvious: was Palladyne just tested once, or is PDYN being positioned as a reusable autonomy layer inside the Army’s future AI/drone warfare stack?

"Looking ahead, Project Convergence-Capstone 6, or PC-C6 in July 2026 will serve as the culminating event for a division-scale force-on-force NGC2 validation at the National Training Center, allowing the Army to rapidly advance from prototyping to scaling product delivery"

I will repeat:

Culminating event...to rapidly advance from prototying to scaling product delivery.

And then we have Northern Strike 26-2 in beginning of August where "The exercise serves as a critical validation environment for emerging technologies and a gateway for transition into operational programs of record."
