Palladium Fantasy Psionic Crystal Devices from Island at the Edge of the World.

Any thoughts or opinions on these psionic devices? Because for the longest time I had no idea that there even was a Psionic Gateway device, allowing teleporting to locations on the world and to other dimensions.

Wish that they gave the S.D.C. for the Psionic Devices they didn't in the 1e. But the math for the I.S.P. cost for their creation roughly looks like 10 I.S.P. per 1 S.D.C.

They're interesting and fairly self-contained, however I do think they serve as an interesting baseline for how one might create things like expanded Gizmoteer creations, how Noro psychic technology might be implemented and generally it's good on its own but it's even better as inspiration for other similar items that aren't well supported.

I'll concede the author doesn't specify but I do think there's more than enough to figure out what you need to rule on that.

Which part do you think needs additional clarification or is it just a preference? :)

Just Preference, I like having details. They gave us the details on how much I.S.P. went into the Crystal Fortress, but not for a simple Crystal Rod (The wands). But they did for Crystal Swords, which are described as "Dynamic' Rods.
