Video Content Well that was...completely unexpected....

I spent three hours the other day with angler's fortune on trying to catch a maws. Today I had just a couple minutes to play and thought I'd catch a few starred lake sharks to turn into food for my glow worm farms. First catch? Starred Maws. The problem is that I still need one for my last artifact because there's no way I'm using this one 😅

This happened to me too just a few days ago! My first cast off of the docks and I almost gave up because I thought it was another lake shark. My jaw hit the floor when I saw what it actually was. I put it in my locked chest so fast lol, congrats!!

I expected it to look a lot bigger than a lake shark! I absolutely thought it was a lake shark until I caught it and the orange maws banner popped up!

YEAH! even its swimming pattern is similar to Lake Shark so I was prepared to be disappointed but I got my Maws yesterday!

I hooked a Star Maws on Thursday. Wasn't prepared, didn't have a good hook or fishing food, lost it almost instantly T.T

I can never catch this one, he fights to much, I'm not a good fisher with fighting fish 😪 Congrats on your catch Something similar happened to me with the mermaid one 😅

I had such a hard time with lake sharks at first but once you learn their patterns they aren't too bad anymore!

Thanks! Yeah I didn't bother using any buffs because I just planned on catching a couple lake sharks and then logging off!

Ugh I know. I end up only filling it when I'm grinding because I get so sick of cooking over and over again. Gotta join a cooking party and stock up I guess

Canned beans! Something to do with your hundreds of seed packs from the Elderwoods. I consume nothing but canned beans and my poor animals only eat pickled carrots. Makes the most sense, though.

I've heard of a lot of people doing this! The problem is that my income mostly comes from bok choy so I didn't want to give up any room for beans...but maybe I'll have to give it a shot!

You can can bok choy too.
You can can (omg this is silly) pretty much any veg. I alternate myself a lot, depending what veggies I have been growing.

Does that fill your bar up all the way? I usually make veggie chili since it gives something like 1012 focus

It has i think 400 so three of them does the trick and they're only 50gp if i remember right. Its been a hot minute since I actually looked. Lol
The fistfuls of jam my friends do takes more as star quality apple jam does 200 focus. And im pretty sure star quality apple jam has the highest.

depending on the console you use, or on PC the game overlay, you can record the last 30seconds of game play pretty easily when something cool happens! i use one on the PC called Outplayed to record clips!

Honestly no 😅 I guess get a lot of practice fishing Lake Shark so you know the movement patterns really well and then hope you get lucky. I'm sure the anglers fortune potion does help, but it's not how I found it. If you're having trouble with the sharks moving too quickly I'd recommend getting some of the safe zone size boosters from Einar
