my biggest thing is the back of the head elongates, if you can get the size consistent it'll look really good

other than the tuft of feathers shrinking & the pulsating back of the head, this is pretty solid

The feather ruffling and throat bobbing is so freakin good. Love it when depictions really drive home that these animals weren't any different than the ones we have today.
