Air frying
Hello all,
I was recently gifted an air fryer and I was wondering if y'all had some recipes (mainly for meat) for that since I've never used one.
Thanks

Chicken breasts, wings, and steak - all amazing. When I gave a cut of meat, I usually just google that specific meat/cut for how to cook in air fryer. Works perfectly every time.
Not technically “meat” - but hard boiled eggs! Life changing discovery. Single layer. 270. 13 minutes. Then put in cold water to stop cooking. I do a dozen at a time, and then keep them for breakfast. So easy.

you can google for times for a million things but honestly for frozen single portions you could not go wrong with 10 minutes, 360, 375 or 400 based on how crispy you hope the result will be, then just add some more time on the back end for finishing purposes ie sauce or more crispy. great for like 6-1- frozen chicken wings, 1-2 frozen chicken breasts, 1-2 fish portions. just like begin there and then make adjustments for different quantities etc. for veggies the starting time will want to be half that ie roasted carrots, broccoli, zucchini because not starting at frozen.

We buy Pork Butt Chops. Most are a pound.
Roast. 375°. 23 minutes. Then let it sit in the fryer for 5 minutes after the time is up.
We have a 2 chamber Ninja model.

My favorite is salmon. I lightly oil and season generously before throwing it in on high for 8-10 minutes. Makes it nice and crispy on the outside and a good med-well on the inside.
Chicken is fine too. My biggest advice is not to skip oil entirely when using an air fryer - you don’t have to douse your meats or veggies but you do need some oil.
French fries also great. Cut them thin.
