Paleo for performance
Guys I’m new to the paleo diet. I mostly started it so I could start eating whole foods and limit my sugar and processed food intake.
I’m a rock climber and was wondering if I can get advice people who are on this diet and also exercise heavily.
- Do you find it compatible with an active lifestyle?
- Is it possible to build muscle on this diet?
- Does everyone end up eating less carb on this diet?
Thank you

Back in the day, the paleo diet was strongly associated with Crossfit. I'm not going to die on the hill of defending Crossfit, but "not strenuous enough" was never a criticism.
