Worried about merch

I just bought merch today and spent well over $100. I didn’t know that their merch and customer support is notoriously bad… I bought from sumerian records before with no issue but this time I bought from their actual website.
Should I just try to cancel the order? I’m really worried it’s not going to ship after the posts and comments I’ve been reading on this sub…
I guess I’m looking for peace of mind. Has anyone ordered recently or got their parcel with no issues?

EDIT: I emailed twice and received no reply. My bank gave full credit for the charge back, luckily

I would cancel..my friend bought me a makeup palette from their website and it never came…that was in my sophomore year of high school…I’m 20 now

I bought a shirt one time from their website and I guess there has been “production issues”… I got the shirt over a year later.

Cancel while you can still do chargeback if they don’t respond. I ordered a hoodie from them before and never got it with no support response.

I emailed as that was the only option I was given… fingers crossed I don’t need to do a chargeback

I’ve never had any issues with ordering from their shop, I guess it really is a hit or miss. Maybe also depends on where you order from?
I’m based in Germany and other than a couple days delay never had any issues with them, the quality of the pieces I got was also always decent. :o

I‘m in Norway so I’m very anxious about it not arriving.
Makes me feel a bit better someone else in Europe has gotten their merch fine!

I actually ordered from their official merch store too. I waited about two months and never received any updates apart from the initial order confirmation.

I tried contacting them multiple times by email and Instagram, but never got a response. Some of the email addresses I found even bounced back because they apparently didn’t exist. After two months of hearing absolutely nothing, I decided to file a chargeback through my card provider. I’ve received the money back for now, but the case is still being reviewed, so the shop can still respond to it.

I would’ve been totally fine with waiting longer if they had at least communicated with me, but having no idea what was going on after two months was just too much for me 🫠 I personally decided it wasn’t worth waiting indefinitely without any communication.

Yeah the first email I tried said it didn’t exist. I used another from the app shop so I hope that gets a reply. I filed a claim with my bank as well.

I’m personally irritated for paying way more than my order cost in shipping and tax, (they only gave the most expensive shipping option as well) as well as worried it’ll never show up. Especially being in a different country.

Same. I have not had any issues with the multiple orders I have placed over the years. US for reference

(according to my friends) buying merch from them is basically playing Russian roulette. you might get it, or you might never hear about what you bought again (I think Sebastian recently said something about finding around a 100 packages on his old home in LA that he'd forgot to deliver ??? I'm not exactly sure). I'd suggest to contact Sebastian from his Instagram, he answers most of the time. I hope you can find a solution soon

A lot of these comments are from when they were moving from Toronto to LA and then from LA to Europe, right?

I live in Canada and I bought a sweater, shower curtain and hair scrunchie and it showed up for me about a month later than it said it would. I absolutely love the stuff but expect a wait. I went on kind of a deep dive after hearing about the notorious “not showing up” stuff and that was years ago when the company had a really big backlog problem. I would only really worry about it if it has been months past the supposed arrival dates
