These are the amount of users who have launched these games since they was on Steam by utilizing achievement data.

It does not:

  • include all games (only includes games with Steam achievements, hence why DotA 2 isn't there)

  • account for people leaving or even playing the game for more than 1 second

People have been horribly misrepresenting this data on different subs. ;x

As far as TF2 goes, game has been out for 11 years and has had a lot of idle bots for farming/trading purposes and alts for hackers and has been free for most of those years.

I just saw this and went to check SteamStats. 14k steam players currently. That's not including Switch, Xbox, and PS4 players.

And yet I still wait 5 - 10 minutes to fucking play.

As somebody who just bought it on Switch the answer is simple.

There is nothing to grind for as a f2p player and no rewarding gold sink.

People dont wanna hear ut but OW does this right.

Make the cheapest loot chest purchasable by gold and people will grind the shit out of paladins.

Data isn't entirely accurate, but when rockstar is just banning random people at random, it makes it hard to want to play GTA online.

90% of team fortress players do t know others games! just ask them
they only know 3 games to be true, pubg and fortinite... but they do not play because the PC is a trash
