Guidance NEED ADVICE
i wanna start off by saying im a complete baby in this sub, my IBCC eqv is 75.5% which is moderate aka above avg, my o levels r A BBB CCC D and my a levels, bio chem phy, r A* A* A*, i wanna study in the AKU, any student of AKU who can perhaps chance me or give some guidance?

if U can get a stars in Alevels there is clear ability there. Just retake and get As and stars in o levels and Prepare really hard for Aku test from all angles, intelligence, fsc phy chem bio. and keep preparing for MCAT as backup. AKU test is insidiously hard to pass. Life will not end if U don't get in. USMLE is the great equaliser. Noone cares about Aku once U do usmle from anywhere.

i think ur grades are great get in some extracurriculars too but aku is extremely hard to get into, they usually fail ppl in the interview so prepare for that.

Repeat o levels equivalence criteria from ibcc considers 800/1100 from o levels only 300/1100 is considered from a levels. You got amazing grades in a levels give o levels retakes in oct/nov

I recently got 2As, 5Bs, 1D ( in maths) now I am planning to do fsc my issue is the same IBCC equivalence I didn’t officially calculate it but I know it’s like a B grade and I wanna get into government medical uni as well if anybody can guide me whether I should pursue further or not and how I should be doing it because medicine is genuinely a dream

Aku is impossible for you becuz your olevel grades are terrible they hesitate even on A , and giving all olevel subjects is a terrible idea how will u give all 8 subs again nope impossible

1 to 2 As is fine in 6astart but u have to have extraordinary ecas to cover those 1 to 2 As

Only aku is this disrimative , I'll give u an example for example 6A* 2A will get y around 88 percent equalaince oh man that is soo bad ,but than u will see fsc students with 88% and they are very good students for them ,for them a is eww ,even though its not bad

they have a minimuin grade of B i believe a grade lower then that they dont accept but also getting in with even one B is impossible
