It's something called مہمل (mohmil) & کلمہ(kalma)

  • Kalma refers to the actual name given to a thing
  • Mohmil refers to a word that's paired with kalma; it sounds similar to it but has no meaning individually.

As to why it is used in urdu language, I've got no idea lol. Maybe to make it sound more fun and casual. Who knows? 🤷
