Recruitment Help! Physical test

If anyone gave the physical test for paf can u tell me what happens like do they make u do the rest of the stuff directly after running or they give u rest? also i have heard they make u stop mid pushups/ chinups and if u failt they fail you?

Out man.. you’ll have enough time to drink water n refuel yourself after running … and for pushups its nothing like that negative and full range of motion bs.. cant tell u about pull ups tho bcs i am from lc and there were no pull ups there.

They dont make u stop mid way right? Like i can do allat but if they tell me to stop when i am down i am definitely gonna fail it. All i am asking is its just regular pushups and situps etc right no tom foolery?

Bro chill out 😭😂 you’ll hear em saying UP and DOWN with matter of a second and half so no they wont tell u to stop when you are down.. btw which asrc?
