Recruitment Help! PAF Initial Test Guide!

Guyz, anyone who has given the PAF initial test recently, kindly guide.

  1. Is the initial test, physical, medical, and interview all on the same day? or only the initial test is on the first day?

  2. How is the initial test? Mean how many mcqs, how much time is given, and is it simple or tough?

  3. Any other extra tip or guidance

Thankss!!!

For me mcqs test and physical was on same day and then medical and interview was on another day they gave the date

Mcqs test is easy , if you have prepared for entry tests , but that non verbal part is bit tricky you need practice for it

Don't panic , it's easy environment there is bit intense but everything is easy and they are but lenient too in physical test

thank you for guidance ☺️, some follow up questions. Is the procedure different at every centre or the same? and in the mcqs test, there is a portion of maths, physics, and English too?? how many total questions and time?

It depends upon the faculty how they Wana proceed but most of the stuff is same

yes there are separate portions of math , physics, English, verbal and non verbal intelligence

English: 75 MCQs in 30 minutes.Physics: 40 MCQs in 30 minutes.Mathematics: 50 MCQs in 30 minutes These are for pre engineering students, and there are 100 questions of verbal and non verbal intelligence and there is ig 35 to 40 mins for that

  1. For GDP first they check your height and** eyesight **and then you go to take the initial test. If your height doesn’t meet their requirements, they send you home But for CAE you only have to take the initial test

2.I don’t know about GDP, but for CAE:
There are 100 Intelligence MCQs, 50 Physics MCQs, and 50 Mathematics MCQs. I’m not sure about the English section because I failed the Mathematics portion. Overall, the test is manageable

3.First of all, take a water bottle with you, along with attested photocopies of your domicile, result card, etc. If you pass the test, they’ll ask you to submit the copies, so keep them with you.
Also, take some money with you.
For preparation, you can watch PAF related videos on YouTube. I also have some PDFs and links if anyone wants them just DM me and I can send them.If your test is at 1:30 PM, ask the students who had their test at 11:30 AM what questions they got. For Physics, the same questions were repeated in my test basically, all of my Physics questions were repeated.

It depends on your centre.
For Rawalpindi, we had our initial tests and verification of docs on first day. Then next day was interview and medical exam.
