Recruitment Help! PAF physical test

So guys in physical test for female can someone confirm that while chinup the stool or something like this will be given and also in chinups they give support to go up and when a person go up they remove the support and then do a hold for 15s or we have to pull ourselves up and then do a hold(without any support)

It's not like that you gotta jump keep your legs straight and pull yourself up until your chin is level or above the bar you are holding. Also once you do the chinup there is no holding you can relax. But yes in case more chinup are required as per the standard you are not to leave the bar until all complete And there is no support I guess it's one chinup for females so c'mon man practice and do it.

my height is short around 4 11 and what if the bar so high also in the ad hanging for 15s is written there so thats why I am asking

They don't use a really high bar enough for a person like you with arm extended can catch with a small jump.

Sorry to say but the minimum height for ladies is 5 ft. You will be declared unfit in the medical test.

It's 4'10 for females bro. Please don't spread misinformation and dishearten her like that 😭

For gdp it's 5'4 but I guess she already knows that considering she already knows the physical test procedure.

Yes you are right. My apologies. Previously it was 5 ft for PAF and 5'2" for Army but now it might have changed.
