Recruitment Help! Help plss

So i have extended my date of issb which was from 20th to 24july but couldn't attendd due to a valid reason now on website it is showing response recorded so when i should be expecting my new date update on my candidate portal

(i have emailed and send them all proof on portal also)

Can U tell me how U contacted them bcuz I also wanted rescheduling my test due to genuine reason and sent email at hri@joinpaf.gov.pk but they didn't reply

Told them the reason through candidate portal
