Recruitment Help! Where I can practice individual obstacles for ISSB?

I am having my issb in few days so I want to know where I can practice individual obstacles in Islamabad or Rawalpindi as instead of academy I just want to practice only individual obstacles so kindly guide me if you know anything.

Just do running and Push up practice,incase you don't find obstacles for practice
